Virgin Experience Days Extended Flying Lesson

Reach for the skies with this experience and do something unusual with your spare time. Feel the thrill of taking the controls in your own aircraft and receive one to one training from a Civil Aviation Authority licensed instructor. This extended lesson will take you through everything you need to know as a beginner to light aircraft flying. Enjoy the 40-60 minutes flight time you'll have and at many of the venues you'll receive a certificate at the end of your experience. To make things even better, your flying time actually counts towards your Private Pilot's licence. Minimum age: 12 (under 18s need parental/guardian consent). Minimum height: 4ft 10in. Maximum height: 6ft 4in. Maximum weight: 14 to 18 stone. Participants should be in reasonable health and agile enough to climb into the aircraft. Flying lessons take place all year round and are normally available on any day of the week. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
