The 4400 pocket Splendor Handmade mattress features the highest quality elements of a traditionally hand constructed luxury mattress. The 1400 pocket, hand centre tied main spring unit offering unique levels of individual support. Hand centre tying allows each pocket to operate individually which enables the mattress to perfectly mould to the sleepers body size and shape. In addition, two layers of mini pocket springs work with the core spring unit to further enhance the support and luxurious feel of the mattress. Comfort and breathability are ensured by three deep layers of sustainable British wool. Wool has been traditionally used as a natural mattress filling as it is uniquely able to help to regulate body temperature keeping the sleeper cool in summer and warm in winter ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The Splendor mattress is covered in the highest quality breathable Belgian Damask fabric and is then hand side stitched with two rows of stitching providing comfort and support right to the edge of the mattress.
